TRAIL HOUSE
The Trail House is a three bedroom and two bathroom home that has a full kitchen with eating area, dining and living room.
There is also a lower level game room which includes air hockey table and Futon for additional guests. Additionally there is a 4th sleeping area on the lower level that has a futon sofa/bed. The home is a two story home which has the living and dining areas, kitchen and one bedroom on the main floor. The second floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The lower/basement area has a game room, sleeping area, and second bathroom with laundry. One of the upper bedrooms has a queen size bed and the second upper bedroom as well as the main level bedroom each have two twin beds. We provide linens for each bed as well as towels, wash clothes, and hand towels. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils.
The outdoor space offers a large deck and private back yard. There is a grill with utensils available along with a fire pit. Starter logs and firewood are available upon request There are three televisions in the home. A 50″ TV in the living room, a 50″ TV in the game room, and a 32″ TV in the main level bedroom. We provide cable TV with basic programming, high speed internet service, and a land line telephone (because cell service in the area is sporadic at best among different carriers). A limited supply of toilet tissue and paper towels are provided. However, we do not offer daily housekeeping or restocking of supplies during your stay. The house has a window unit A/C (no central A/C). Ceiling fans are in each bedroom as well as the living room.
The Trail House rents for $175.00 per night. There is a $50.00 cleaning fee per stay. Price includes up to 8 guests. Each additional guest is $25.00 per guest per night.

BUNK HOUSE
The Bunk House is a single room unit which offers 4 twin bunk beds as well as a living area with sofa and recliners.
There is also a kitchenette with sink, microwave, and a full size refrigerator. There is a 3/4 bath with washer and dryer. Towels and linens are provided as well as small appliances including toaster and coffee pot. A limited supply of toilet tissue and paper towels are provided. However, we do not offer daily housekeeping or restocking of supplies during your stay. The unit has a 32″ television with basic cable programming. There is also access to wifi internet service. There is no land line telephone and cell service is unreliable. Outside offers ample parking for trucks and trailers. Behind the unit there is a grill, small fire pit, and picnic table. Starter logs and firewood are available upon request. If you do not wish to bring a small supply it is available to purchase at local convenience stores.
The Bunk House rents for $100.00 per night. There is a $25.00 cleaning fee per stay.

THE COTTAGE
The Cottage is a two bedroom one bath Home . It offers a full kitchen along with a living room. One bedroom is furnished with two full size beds while the second bedroom has two twin beds.
We provide linens for each bed as well as towels, wash clothes, and hand towels. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils.

The Home is heated and cooled with central electric HVAC. Ceiling fans are in each bedroom as well as the living room and Kitchen.
The Cottage rents for $150.00 per night. There is a $50.00 cleaning fee per stay. Price includes up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $25.00 per guest per night.
